128 human hearts including 70 males and 58 females in all age groups were used for the present study. Coronary arteries dissected out from hearts. The luminal diameter was studied four major coronary arteries, namely, right artery (RCA), left (LCA), anterior descending (LAD) circumflex (LCX) both sexes. histological sections stained with H & E stain measured help of ocular micrometer. Among is found to be more LCA followed by LAD, RCA LCX. Luminal as compared arteries. data study can useful doing any instrumentation artery.
